Lowlands Festival Is Set and Ready To Rock
The annual Dutch music festival Lowlands also know as A Campingflight to Lowlands Paradise to the locals is tipped to be one of the top European music festivals of the summer.
Lowlands takes place in Evenemententerrein Walibi World near the small village Biddinghuizen which is around one hour from Amsterdam which is the capital city of the Netherlands.
Due to the festival being around one hour from Amsterdam, it’s easily accessible by train and coach. Festival goers who are on a strict budget should look around for the best prices and take of car parking if flying from the UK such as cheap liverpool airport parking if choosing to fly from smaller UK airports.
Popular car parking choices for festival punters include the In2 Indoor Car Parking Service at John Lennon Airport which is affordable and secure.
Lowlands is the largest music festival in the Netherlands and attracts thousands of local and international music fans ready to rock to the massive lineup. This years lineup includes the amazing Elbow, Fleet Foxes and the tipped highlight of the festival Swedish singer song writer Lykke Li.
The official festival dates are the 19th, 20th and 21s of August 2011. Unfortunately this years festival is now completely sold out.
